I was at Honda for service, I was walking the lot at BMW. Eric approached me and asked if I needed help. Took me on a quick test drive, I will be reaching back out to Eric when I am ready.

Nate was very professional, courteous and patient during the whole process. I reached the dealership around closing time, Nate stayed back delaying his pre-planned dinner with his family. The whole car buying process was very quick. JC help expedite the price point and Pedro was helpful in financing. I was able to get my new BMW X7 and drive back home. Andre did a phenomenal job and made this my best/smoothest car-buying experience ever. Even though I am from out of state and most of our correspondence was email/text/phone. He was very responsive to my inquires and provided me with the key information/details to close the deal with him. Jhonayra did an excellent job with the finance portion and was very detailed in explaining the available packages. Andre and Jhonayra make a great team; first class service from true professionals.

This was a very smooth and easy experience. Brittany was very easy to work with - sent additional pictures to me ahead of time based on questions I had about angles of shots on the website before I decided to go to the lot and was readily available when I came in for a test drive. Special thanks to Ron Ptak for coordinating on my appointment in spite of being out that day and Joe Diss for his excellent support in his absence.
