Had the pleasure of working with Christian during the purchase of my latest BMW. Received a response from him as soon as I placed the inquiry. We were in constant contact until i was able to see the vehicle. Was going to see the vehicle on Saturday but had an unforeseen issue. I'm not sure if this was an oversight issue or what may have happened; however, I purchased a CPO 2020 X5 M50i with roughly 35252 miles around the end of September 2022, no less than 2 months later I get notified by the vehicle that I need new brakes and rotors to the tune of almost $4k... I placed a deposit on my BMW in production on October 8, 2022. Because of a recall and shipping times from Germany, the vehicle was not at the dealership until December 5. I was called by my sales agent, Scott on December 3 telling me that they would be keeping the car I placed a deposit on (VIN on receipt paperwork) for their showroom. I would have to wait at least another month for another to be shipped from Germany. Unbelievably bad business. I would never do business with them again.
