We are trying purchase a BMW X5 45E before the year end. Even though the Silver Spring location did not have any X5's available, Karen took time to provide assistance. She was kind, professional, and a great source of information. She did all of this, knowing that we were going to purchase the vehicle from another dealer. The world needs more people like her. She is a genuinely nice person.

Eric and this dealer make my dream come true! I've visited almost all dealers around DMV and I felt they are the best! Everyone is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Eric got everything done for me from explaining car functions to installing accessories when the car was delivered. I ordered a customized car and they got the allocation for me very fast. The new car was delivered in 3 mo and it's perfect!
