Great service and communication at this dealership and David Strassman is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

From the moment I walked into the BMW dealership, Gen was very helpful and patient with me. I was very frustrated because I traded in my vehicle before any warranty refunds were applied to my loan balance. Needless to say, I worked directly with Gen and he assured me that he work with the Finance department to assist with getting those funds refunded back to me. I had purchased my first BMW 650 convertible some years ago from Passport BMW. The experience was great however upon returning HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS LIKE DEALING WITH A CAR LOT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.
