I had an outstanding experience car shopping at BMW of Silver Spring. Lonnie Overby was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and gave honest recommendations. He took great care in understanding my must haves, allowed me to test drive several vehicles and did not rush or pressure me into buying a vehicle. His insight was invaluable to my decision to purchase an X6 and I love it. Because of Harold Shelby I had an OUTSTANDING experience with BMW of Silver Spring. Harold wasn't aware at the time that he first contacted me that I had prioritized your vehicle, which I ended up buying as second on my list.
