Had a great experience with the salesman, Ron Askew. Had a wonderful interaction with Aaron at Finance, but did not get the expected rate on the financing. Love the Mercedes-Benz I bought for now but time will tell how it performs going forward.

I feel fortunate to have connected with Harold Shelby for my new car purchase. BMW of Silver Spring is the ONLY BMW dealership I trust with my X5. Joe Diss is the Service Manager and he is so friendly. Joe makes me feel appreciated and respected every time I visit. He also goes out of his way to make sure any repairs or service are completed. Grant King is my Service Advisor and has always treated me right, great with communication and never let me down!
