He explained everything to me and had the car ready to go hassle free. He was very professional. Miguel and Allen stayed after business hours the day I purchased the vehicle to complete the process and and I drive home with my first BMW.

"Excellent Service" Miguel Mendez was our sales person was genuine and very attentive to our needs. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the products we asked about. He was very patient and did not try to sell us just anything. He took his time with us and made the buying process extremely seamless. With his excellent service, he at least deserves his own printer.

"Fantastic experience at BMW of Silver Spring and Eric Lovo" I worked worth Eric Lovo on my purchase of a new BMW. I scheduled time with Eric and he set up test drives of 4 or 5 cars in which I expressed interest. Eric made himself available for about four hours as I drove and re-drove the cars. "Good - not rushed" Andy Alexis was attentive and indulged our inquiries until we were able to decide on the BMW that best fitted our family's needs. We were satisfied with the vehicle, however there were some accessories missing; which I will have to come back to the dealership for.
