"Sales person was very friendly, helpful, and..." Sales person was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I couldn’t find the car I was looking for on the lot, he call me a few days later to continue to help me out.

"Awesome dealer" I had a very good experience on 12/22 at BMW of Silver Spring with Mr. Zhou. With his help, I was able to lease an X2 at a very reasonable price. Mr. Zhou was very knowledgeable, professional and had a lot of patience with my questions. He also educated me well on vehicle operation and maintenance. I would be more than happy to refer Mr. Zhou to my family and friends.

"Max is the man!!!" For the second time in a year, we've had the pleasure of working with Max on a new BMW.....this time, a 2020 X3, and just like the first time, we couldn't be more pleased with the level of support, knowledge, intelligence, professionalism, dedication, and overall strive to ensure that we were satisfied with the product, the process, and payment. "Ron Askew is Amazing" I went in with absolutely no intentions on even purchasing a car, I just wanted to test drive a few different models to get the feel of what I liked before I proceeded with my purchase.
