"Goes the extra mile" Bought a car from him 3 years ago (following his excellent advice) and just bought the M340 (More excellent advice). Am very happy with both purchases. He takes care of all aspects of buying the car. Couldn't be more helpful, and will buy my next car from him as well.

We finally settled on BMW of Silver Spring after meeting with Lonnie Overby and having him walk through the process with us. He was competent and forthright and above all, did not try to pressure us into a decision we might later regret. We bought a BMW X1, were comfortable with what we paid and really like the car.
