I had gone to South Motors BMW to look for a new car and that is what I walked out with. The service there was great and they were very eager to help me get my car in the best way possible. The person who attended me was Cristian Rojas. Cristian was very nice, easy to work with, and very professional. I was locking for a new car. I went to several dealers and I had some cars as an option till I went to South BMW. The treatment was very professional. The dealer Mr. Javier del Solar was amazing. He is an old fashion salesman. He let me feel the car, has a vast knowledge of the product. He help me a lot and at the end of the day a have a new friend and a brand new BMW. Despite having an excellent salesman experience with Anthony and doing my research beforehand online via Auto trader to get a great deal at South Motors BMW, the finance department is terrible. I bought a 2013 bmw 328i series with a draft in hand from my credit union in order to close the deal in a timely manner and no bs. Now it is December 28, 2014, and I bought my car on December 13, 2014. My credit union still has not received the payoff for a car I traded in. I made a car payment on a car I no longer own. Excellent service and friendly staff. Mark was a great salesman and helped me find the perfect car for me without being too pushy. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
They bend over backwards for their customers. I have two BMW's that I service with them and even though they are always very busy, they still find a way to give me personalized service. Very nice place to do business with.
When it comes to BMW it is never the vehicle itself I have to worry about but rather the dealership I choose and the dealer who I work with that tend to be the factors that stress me out. After leasing 4 cars with BMW I must say that South Motors has to be the best dealership in Miami. More specifically, my dealer Michael Perez always seemed to have my best interest in mind when negotiating the deal (a trait rarely seen in car sales men).
