She is definitely a ONE of a kind salesperson. She was also willing to LISTEN to what I was looking for with my purchase. My experience at Moss Motors BMW was great. I had an excellent salesman, Sloan Bennett. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. I chose to buy a bmw from this dealership that was an hour away rather than one 10 minutes away. I was able to take care of most of the deal by phone and email. Sloan took his time to make sure I found the vehicle I wanted. By far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.

I actually had fun buying this car. I usually feel stressed about a new vehicle but not this time. Not with Sloan. To sum up Sloan's major positive characteristic: availability. Sloan is an all around genuinely nice person and I felt comfortable from the start. Post purchase experience is just as good if not better than during the sales process.
