We bought a 435i from Michelle Newland at Moss Motors a year ago. My husband and I are fairly tough customers and having both worked in sales at one time, not that easily sold. I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. Michelle at Moss Motors listened to me and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Her knowledge of the BMW product is wonderful. She was not pushy in any way, instead she was patient and a pleasure to be around. Michelle and her team helped my family give me the surprise I never could have expected. After losing my pre-owned 2005 BMW to a terrible flood, which also claimed our house, I dreaded getting back into the tedious process of shopping for a new vehicle.
