Typical Service - Atypical Experience I have a 2016 328i. My first BMW but my 10th new car. I get that you pay for a luxury vehicle and the costs of the vehicle through the service are more than say a traditional Ram, Ford or Kia. But I can't get used to the experience of typical service. 2019 X5 Wonderful experience from start to finish. I came to this dealership because of Carla Waddell in service. Will only buy a car at a dealership she is at.
