Finally great service from BMW Great experience overall. I went to BMW Clearlake and although they repaired my engine for approximately $3k, they left the dirty engine cover in my back seat laying against my white leather seats. I went downtown to BMW Midtown and they didn?t have time to check out my vehicle and made me feel like my service was unappreciated. I?m glad that I was come to BMW North where they care. BMW of Houston North Buying experience I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and buyer's experience I received at BMW of Houston North. I have been a BMW owner for over 20 years and this was by far my best buying experience. Ed Steinberg was my client advisor and he was excellent. He never pressured me during the buying process. BEAMER DREAMER Great car buying process. Financing took a really long time - 4 hours and that?s with me being pre-approved by my credit union. I don?t know why financing took a really long time. By the time I wanted my credit union contacted it was after hours so I ended up financing through BMW at a great APR, just didn?t get my 3 months no payments my credit union had offered me. BMW of Houston North I was interested in a new BMW X3 for my wife and knew exactly the specifications that I was looking for, from the color to the leather, to the wood trim and all of the options she needed. After two weeks of trying to get the right vehicle from dealerships in Austin, I gave up. Fabulous people Fabulous Cars Fabulous Deals I want to commend Tony Townley (Sales Manager) for doing an outstanding job by doing the impossible: finding me the 'exact' car I wanted for a fabulous price (2019 M240i). He and his excellent staff (Greg Schell-Sales; Trang Nguyen-Finance; Mark Toups-BMW Genius) were remarkable facilitating the sale in every respect. This being my second BMW I have purchased from Houston North, I will highly recommend them to others who would like a BMW.
Pleasant Experience We were looking for 2019 "demo" or "loaner car" category, along with several specific features. Shane Dupuis narrowed the field to four vehicles and parked them in a row in advance of our arrival. As we negotiated a successful sale and trade-in, explanations were clear and to our satisfaction. Financial discussion was also easy, since we had prepared for such issues. We'll pick up the BMW 330i today and have in-depth orientation and car setup performed by a technology specialist.
