Started Meh, Ended Well When I first arrived I was directed to park my car. I was then left there for a while and did not know what to do. Other people came up and were served right away, so I got frustrated. (I had an appointment, so he knew I was coming.) My repair person eventually showed up and took care of things. When I set up the appointment I asked about a courtesy car and was totally ignored, so my husband had to wait in the parking lot while I was waiting for the repair person. 5 Star Service Top To put things into perspective, the visit was my first to BMW North Houston. I went in because I replaced a taillight and less than 2 years the light went out again. I thought I had a defective part. It turns out I had another issue missed by several mechanics. BMW North Houston knows their products and that yields impeccable service; they?re the experts.
