Recall on X5 Great customer service and no complaints. Came in for a few recalls on a 2019 X5 and a weather strip that was not installed properly, got it all taken care of no problems.

Great Experience Was having an issue with a ticking noise and the glove box, amongst others. Chen did a great job. He was concerned about helping find the right repairs that made sense for my budget. He also made sensible recommendations. Very pleased. I will ask for him next time I need service.
