X5 Repair Setvice The service department at BMW North Houston is consistently the best facility to care for your Beamer. My service advisor, Chein Tsai, is hands down the best in the business. He really cares and ensures that the job is done right the first time. He?s knowledgeable and customer focused. He?s number 1 in my book and the reason I have my X5 serviced at BMW North Houston.
BMW car service Service tech was great. However service Dept does not even compare to Sewell Service Dept. They are the best. BMW of NHouston could learn from Sewell

Wonderful car buying experience It was a very pleasant car buying experience for me at this dealership and especially dealing with Chase Mocks who is very polite, honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend friends or family members to go to this dealer and see Chase Mocks should they shop for a vehicle and of course I myself also look for Chase when I am in the market for a car in the future.
Great experience! I opted to build my 3-series after failing to find the exact one I wanted. I began sending out inquiries to multiple dealerships around Houston in hopes of obtaining a reasonable offer. Many of them wouldn't even talk about the car. Jeremy Gold always gives us great customer service Jeremy always takes great care of our 750i. The car was ready before promised. He had the car detailed and ready to go so when J arrived to pick it up on Saturday, there was no wait. I will never take my BMW anywhere else.

Repair of Takata Air Bag Repair of Takata Airbag was done well. Cassie my Setvice Advisor was highly customer-centric And kept me informed during wait at BMW North Houston. She is a great asset to BMW. The only negative I just discovered that seat control knob is missing on the passenger side. They may accidentally knocked off during the repair and possibly vacuumed it up when they finished. I will be calling Cassie to discuss what can be done.
Purchase of Leased Car The transaction was professionally managed and the staff were efficient, overall a pleasant experience
