Servicing Review Chen did a great job with getting new tires and alignment. However, after the tires and alignment the car seemed to be driving worse - the tire placement seemed to be off- Eagle tires were initially on the car - were replaced with Perrelli. I took the car to another BMW dealership. The tires were taken off and services performed, the car drove a lot better. Awesome Service!!!! I worked with Cassey who was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She made me her top priority when she dealt with me and that was great! She gave me suggestions and carefully went over all the items and offers that were available. Cassey made herself available to me whenever I needed her.
Great dealership and amazing sales persons! Bought an amazing 2016 bmw m2 from BMW of Houston North. Khalid Bynoe and Trang T. Nguyen are the best sales/finance persons I have met! Khalid is responsive and detailed-oriented and Trang is quick and attentive. The car is in a pristine condition, they even switched out the worn leather parts in the car.
