Amazing experience, awesome staff Fantastic, smooth and transparent process buying CPO vehicle online. Shaun is on top of things and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't ask for a more fair and straightforward experience.
Well done Tyler and the team took care of me on a walk-in basis. the team gave me a convenient ride to work and picked me up. I was in meetings all day and Tyler emailed me detailed updates on their finding to better define the final scope of work. All of this was much appreciated. i can't say i appreciated the amount of the bill, but i don't think the team at this location really has any say over that.
Great Service I took my 528i in to have the oil changed. The service writer was very respectful and got my car taken care of in a timely fashion. They even washed the car at no charge! The facilities at this location are always in tip top shape. However, they are currently undergoing construction. I dropped my vehicle off and came back when the service was complete, so the construction did not effect my experience. I would suggest that everyone do the same, until construction is finished. Excellent Service, Facility is wonderful, I had an excellent experience. I would recommend BMW Houston North to anyone. Everyone was very professional.
