Excellent service when others failed! We went with BMW because we have had a great rapport with the brand. BMW of Houston North was our nearest dealer so we went down and met Mr. Merheb. We brought Ray a tough trade (Carfax had a typo associated with our VIN number. Keep any service records that record mileage folks! great services I got a BMW 3 Series. The staff were helpful tried to answer any questions that I had patiently. The buying was very smooth and Kelly and Alex were really helpful.
Great experience I was on the market looking for a convertible 3 series and after looking for almost a month I decided to stop by BMW North Houston. I am glad I did, I found the perfect car for me and the service was very impressive. I never had such a good experience as in the past it took forever to sign all the papers, this time was not the case.
