Like my 2015 X1 Gave up an x3 to purchase X11 and really like it. This is fourth BMW in 10 years at this dealership.
Great salesmen, not so great salesmanager Tom was a great salesmen and followed through on all promises he made. X5 is great! He made the experience very pleasant and never pushed us. Which for me is great. Only complaint about buying experience was sales manager didn't keep his word and never once came out to say hello, apologize for confusion that he claimed or even thank us for our purchase.
