Owesome buying experience! Hannelore is one owesome sales advisor at BMW Houston North Dealership. We cannot ask for more from her and Celicio, the finance mgr. Everything was great except for the long waiting time for the paperwork.

Very Pleasant to Deal With Just purchased a new BMW 535i working with Ed Steinberg. He was a pleasure to deal with. Good selection, no hassles in the closing process in the finance department. Try them if you are in the market for a BMW and live in Northwest Houston.
Excellent service, great customer service There really isn't much to say when you walk into a dealership and you want a car and the dealer hands you the keys and tells you to go for a test drive, alone so you can have the full experience. Wonderful customer service, sales process was quick and painless. Definitely One satisfied customer.
Great Service Awesome experience I was looking for a 550i GT I spoke to Anthony and he was extremely helpful and honest. I dove 6 hours to trade in my 750 to find everything as described and the service was stellar.
Great Service, nice facilities, easy process. Ben did an excellent job of finding me the car that I wanted, getting me the best deal he could and without pushing hard to make the sale. I would definately go back to BMW of Houston North and Ben to purchase/lease my next vehicle.
