awful unprofessional liars who wasted my time I bought a used car online I was asked to sign a sales receipt but they never signed and sent it back nor took a deposit, I was trying to arrange a flight and transport for car from tx to fl, each day I d get sent pics of car assured it was being serviced for me and worth the wait, but never did I get their contract back just jerked around finally a week later after I spent time getting transport and flight quotes etc and my calling again and again the sales guy tj acts all confu... read more

Bait and Switch! At 4:31 on Monday 5/11 called to inquire about a pre-owned X5. Gave sales person vin and stock number and confirmed details of vehicle. Sales person confirmed vehicle was available. Promptly pre-sent insurance and license info as he said would have car waiting at scheduled time of 6pm due to COVID concerns. At 5:07 manager called to confirm we were coming to 6pm appointment. Unsatisfied Customer I hate having to come here to have my car serviced. It?s as if I?m bothering them when I have to bring my car in. Everything has been due to mechanical failure or regular management on my car and the customer service makes me want to trade in my BMW for something else. Wish I had better options.

Inadequate repair I have had my BMW 435i in five times now for the same problem and it is still not repaired. If you are not able to repair it then no one can! Totally disappointed and frustrated. I have contacted an attorney to see what my recourse is.

BMW of Houston North The dealership itself was nice. Very clean. This was my second visit in a year to this dealership to have routine maintenance done for my boss' company car. The timeliness of the service and repairs was fine. We had the detail package done to the car - wash, wax, inside, outside, etc. Everything but the windows was done very well. coercion This may take a while but I want to be specific. I purchased my 2019 BMW X5 in October or 22019 from this dealership. I purchased the vehichile on a Saturday afternoon. While working out the particulars with the financing department I had declined all of the warranty service because I new I didn't need them, as well as being an educated consumer I knew they were a rip off. Oil change Had an oil Change and windshield wipers replaced. Windshield wipers are worst after service. Left turn signal error/Malfunction.
