Repairs My service advisor Jeremy always provided excellent customer service. He always kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. The thing that I was MOST unhappy about was the fact that parts were not ordered in a timely fashion by the parts department, and they did not communicate this with Jeremy. I also left MANY messages for the service department manager Carla Waddell. And she made NO effort to return any of my calls over the span of 3 days. And for that, I?m not happy!

BUYER WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY CAR I HAD A LONG WAIT. THEN ANOTHER ADVISER GAVE ME THE KEY NO RECEIPT STATED THAT THEY WOULD MAIL IT TODAY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE RECEIPT. RADAR EVAN IS MY NORMAL ADVISER WHOM I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE INDIVIDUAL THAT WOULD BE THEIR ON MONDAY, BUT HE WAS NOT THEIR SO I WENT WITH ANOTHER ONE DUE TO THE FACT I WAS THEIR. THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAD HAD IN THE MANY YEAR OF COMING TO THIS DEARSHIP. I DO NOT HING I WILL BE BACK.

Rude Manager Went to dealership to buy demo X7. I was told when I was on my way that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday because the GM took it to a Xmas tree farm but would be put in a loaner. It sounded ok so I accepted and bought the car. On my way out the door (after I bought the car) the manager told me I may not get car until Tuesday now bc the GM has taken it to a “very wealthy” client. I was was flabbergasted. Didn’t feel like a valued customer I was told to research the car myself and get back to the salesman when I knew what I wanted-despite the fact that I came in asking for a specific make, model and year. I’ve had an x3 before. I expected better service and an expectation that I might buy the car. I felt like the guy didn’t care whether I purchased anything, particularly when we had to ask to be shown the cars. Maybe getting a used car wasn’t good enough, even if it was a $35k used car. Hum...

Broken New Car Driven off Lot I purchased a Program Car, 230i from BMW North Houston the first week in November. The process was simple, and the customer service standard from what I would expect from a BMW dealership. My problem is that the minute I drove the car off the lot and started it again I received a Low Tire Pressure warning. I figured "No big deal" and checked all the pressures. Bad Customer Service Mr. Chien-nan Tsai, the service advisor, was rude from the start; was not friendly. Gave me a quote on a required repair without showing me any concrete numbers and turns he tried to oversell me on more than 1 repairs. Will not be coming back to BMW Houston North because of this experience. Bad service overall.

First visit, quality of service sucked! This was my first time visiting this location. Being that BMW is a luxury car, I expected quality service. I didn't receive any type of great service. My service advisor was, dare I say, lazy. He didn't bother to try explain anything to me. He didn't even call to notify me of my car being ready. I knew because I called. Very disappointed.

BMW M6 Purchase Just purchased a used M6. The car has been great, but the buying process is the worst I've experienced in purchasing a car. I had requested that the brakes be replaced, and the salesmen told me that it was covered under the maintenance program, which in the closing of the deal, found it was not, and he argued with me about what he told me.
