MHJFO First time I have to pay to transfer my my factory original maintenance plan because I got the car used. Not the first time I buy an used BMW with factory warranty and never paid for any thing like this time.

4 months and no car I had an auto accident on Nov 30th and brought the vehicle to BMW north and AutoNation collision in Spring,Texas. It has now been close to four months and I still do not have my car back. Initially they ordered a radiator from BMW and received the wrong radiator back. Service Dept doesn't like working I took my car here after I got in oil change someplace else and my light came on oil pressure low. I had my car towed here and it was kept overnight and the next day the man called me and told me there was nothing wrong with my car and I can come pick it up. When I spoke with him originally I specifically asked him to check the filter and let me know if that was even the right filter the used. Shop somewhere else... Would rate a zero if I could. Found a BMW X5 CPO on the major car search sites listed at a specific price. However, when we visited the dealership, we were told by the salesperson that the actual price was about $2k higher. However, when we showed him the listing online, he said that it was a mistake and that the sales department would honor the listed price.
