Our “client advisor’, Trish, was excellent. Very friendly but not at all aggressive or pushy. Had the car staged and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Very efficient with handling the offer and paperwork. Kindly offered to deliver the car to us the next day since we did not have title or key to trade in with us. Highly recommend her to others.
Brought my BMW M240i for it's first service. Nicole got me in right away and on the road very quickly. The tech Kevin Jewett sent me an inspection video, very professional. I don't think I will be taking my car anywhere else for service.
