I dropped my car off at BMW today for work and one of the service advisors, Kirk Yoon comes to me and said, “Recognize these?” He had a pair of my earrings that I haven’t been able to find in 6 months. Apparently I left them in the loaner the last time I was here! Wow! Talk about good service! I don’t know how in the World he remembered me, my car and definitely not my earrings!
