Brought my car in for oil change service They were able to take me ahead of schedule. They offered to wash my car as well. The wifi was very convenient while I waited. Everything and everyone was great.
Awesome service, clean and comfy waiting area The only thing that I liked about the Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, IN that I got my car from is that they always gave me a detailed description of what they did with my car. It always had the percentage of tread left on my tires, etc..normally about 2.5 pages worth of details along with the totals. That's the only suggestion I can give. Other than that it was a great job and awesome service!
Great purchasing experience John Zinn was great! I began looking for a new truck in the spring looking at the new Colorado. While in the showroom John introduced himself and walked me to a truck they had on the lot. When I returned to the dealership in late August for a test drive, John remembered me (and my 4 yr old son) from our previous conversation. Great service, good experience They did a great job even fixed a recall that either was missed when we bought the truck less than a year ago or a recent one that came out that I wasn't aware of. I was suppose to get a free oil change but did get charged. I called them and explained the situation. They were quick to realize it was their mistake and will fix it when I have an opportunity to get to the dealership.
Purchased Used Car I bought a used car for my son from Dan Kurko. He did an amazing job of working with us to get the right car. I will check with Dan when I am in the market for a used car again.
