Great dealership! Everyone was friendly. We couldn't decide between a Buick or Chevy. When I walked into DeFouw I felt comfortable. Chris Harrington and Dave Jeffers greeted me and made me feel welcome. The entire process was painless - except for the over 2 hour wait to see the finance person. That was a bit long.

truck repair Jeff and the 2 ladies that work the counter(sorry I do not remember their names) were all super friendly and helpful, and when they said they would call you back, they did. The only issue we had was when we got the truck back the bumper was not put on correctly, and there was a nick on the back fender, and we were told it was cleaned, but we are not sure it was. But Jeff took care of everything, we just had to bring it back, and that was a little inconvenient, but other than that the whole experience was good.
Great customer service Sheila had considerable knowledge about the vehicles we were looking at. She spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with our purchase and we know how to use different features. She always has a smile for us.
Service second to none. Dan Landes is the man Dan Landes was awesome! A real pleasure to deal with. Answered all questions and concerns. Made buying a new car easy. Very helpful and energetic about his job. I am glad I stopped in. I will be a returning customer!
Outstanding service I really like the service provided by Marc Burton and Jessie (the expert mechanic). Both are very competent and take a personal interest in the customer.
