Awesome service Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Our sales woman, Pam Strain, explained everything about our new Chevy Silverado. They worked with us to get the finances in order and payments where we needed. I will definitely tell anyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to go to Bill Defouw.
Above and beyond & very impressed Mike Harris worked on finding me a car for several months. He is always helpful and goes above and beyond. He is a very hard worker and found me an excellent car! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride!!! I am glad I was able to get such great service and will continue to see Mike for all of my automotive needs!
great extra efforts on serving customers! Cindy and Kathy in service were FANTASTIC! (down in the lower level)...I need an outlet and they were gracious enough to let me use the office down there - They were fantastic and I felt very taken care of by DeFouws. These two ladies should be commended for their excellent customer service!
