GREAT SERVICE WORK! I recently had to bring my 2014 silverado to the shop for a warranty issue. The service department had the issue resolved and had me back on the road in about an hour! Another great job by the service team!!
Good Dealer I had a generally good experience with this dealer, purchasing a used Audi. Negotiation over price was somewhat slow moving, but there were multiple moving parts to figure out regarding not just price but financing.
Buying a car at Fill Defouw Chevrolet I made an appointment to see a car I was interested in. I came to the wrong building, but everyone assured me it was fine. They got the representative right away. He gave me the keys, and I test drove it and had my mechanic drive it. When I got back, I said I wanted it, but first wanted to have lunch with my kids. 2006 Jetta Recently bought a used Jetta as is. Initial few days was just what I had expected. Then a small xxxx-up occurred and was in a bind, or at least I thought I was. 2019 Challenger sale Service was great, pricing was very fair. My only recommendation for improvement would be to offer better trade in allowance. Trade in offers from DeFouw have always been low compared to what other dealers have offered me which is why I have opted to pass on trading a vehicle in at DeFouw on a few occasions. DeFouw has lost two previous sales to other dealers as a result of low trade in offers that I have received.
