Chevy Service I was unlucky enough to need service on my vehicle twice in one week, however the DeFouw Chevy Service department made it very easy to get in and out , and even provided a rental on one of the days a vehicle was important. They were extremely friendly and welcoming even though I can be tough to deal with at times. I am grateful for their help.
Good service & clean Everyone was respectful, courteous & pleasant. Makes your dealership one that we would do business with again & recommend to others. When a business is well kept up on the outside & employees are there for the customers that tells us you take pride in your work place.
Awesome Sales & Service We ended up buying 2 vehicles on our visit. My wife's family has been customer's of DeFouw's for over 25 years. Even though we live an hour away, this is the only dealership we will use. Our Sales Person - Sheila Passmore - and GM Dave Jeffer's always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers.
Great timely service They determined the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. I was told it would take a couple of hours. It was only about an hour and a half. The staff is always kind and courteous. They keep you informed as to the progress of your vehicle's repair.
Wonderful experience! The service department went above and beyond in order to find a high pitched squeal in our back counsel. It was found and corrected that day! Very great service, friendly too!
Good service and facilities but to long of a wait. Every thing was fine except the time it took..Way to long for a service job plus tire rotation..Could have been a 5 star rating if it had not taken so long..
Greatest buying experience I have never had a nicer or more relaxed experience while purchasing a vehicle. Might even drive back to IN from TX when I decide to buy another vehicle. Thank you!
