Very pleasant service waiting area The wait while my truck was serviced wasn't too bad. I had my Air Conditioning charged in my 20 year old Chevy 2500 Truck. I'm still wondering why it cost me more that $200 bucks? I would like to patronize your Dealership but I am not able to keep up with your pricing.
Good service and facilities. I bought a 2015 Chev. Impala and after it was delivered to us we received a notice on a Recall that was dated Dec. 2014. This was an inconvience. It should have been caught by the dealership before we purchase it the later part of Aug . 2015! The recall was 8 months before we purchased it.
Nice employees Took new Equinox in to have the on star connected that came with the purchase. They new what I was coming on for and now a part has to be order. Also asked for the car to be washed and front end still had bug spots.

Repair The engine protector had broken loose. The body shop was able to drill new holes so it could still be used.
Routine service. I dropped my truck off in the morning. My oil was changed, and tires rotated as requested and it was completed ahead of the time I requested. A minor recall inspection, that I was not aware of from GM, was also performed.
Horrible I have nothing positive to say. I bought what I thought was a beautiful new BMW Car not delivered in pristine condition and they refused to take care of it. Constantly told people are not in the office and can't get the sales manager to answer his phone, return a call, or respond to email. Very limited knowledge there about the M vehicles. Furthest thing from stress-free. They keep saying "this isn't how we do business" when they make mistakes, but never FIX them! Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.
Avoid at all costs!! Misdiagnosed problem after spending several thousand dollars. Shorted out LCD screen during routine check replaced it with a much smaller screen. Repaired trunk latch twice still not working properly. AVOID!!!
