Dealer Lied Dealer told me the Chevy Equinox I was purchasing was an All Wheel Drive.....it isn't. Very Uncool!! I probably over spent by a couple thousand because of this.

Turned Away For Service On My Silverado Had a 1pm 4/19/19 appointment set for a alignment on my 2014 Silverado today. As soon as Chad found out it had a leveling kit on it, he put me on hold, came back and turned me away and said they wouldn't do it due to the lift.... The truck is no bigger than any truck they sell on the lot!!! LOL I was at a loss for words!! I'll be in the market for a new Silverado soon..... Guess where I will not be buying from.....I'd be afraid of dealing with their service department in the future!

Disappointed Bought a pickup truck there called them because a week later four-wheel-drive was not working correctly they told me they couldn't help me and wouldn't even service it because they don't service fords call the salesperson he told me to contact service service told me to hang up and call back the salesperson needless to say I got it fixed at a different dealership
Found our Forever Dealership! Upon arriving at Bill Defouw Chevrolet, my wife and I were looking for a pre owned truck. We worked with Matt and Joe, who were excellent. A short time later we drove away in our Brand New truck that fit all of our needs. We couldn't be happier. Horrible Customer Service I called on a Tuesday and inquired about a 2008 F-250. They had just got the truck so they told me they would service the truck that day and would be ready by Wednesday at 10:00 am. I drove 4.5 hours and arrived at 9:45 am to find that the truck just completed its service but no detailing had been done. After test driving, I ask them to fix the wheel alignment. Oil Change I had the oil changed in my 2010 Malibu and when my daughter brought it home the TPS light was flashing. It appears that when they rotated the tires they forgot to reset each of the TPS. I have a tool and reset them and the light went off.
Slow Service, clean facilities. It took longer than I anticipated. However, they also found that I had a bent tire rim and a nail in the same tire so that's a plus.
