This review requires at least 25 words which really sucks. I had a great service experience with Scott, but I don't care much for this rating tool.

What a great crew!! But the phone system sucks - only after five calls did I reach my goal...I would ask that you get that fixed soon!

A bit of a run around for recall airbag. First had to call and order parts but couldn't without a VIN. Why send out a letter saying to come in and get it fixed if parts need ordering?

Experience at dealership was ok.. Making the appointment by telephone took two calls. First call went to voicemail,left my number, call was not returned. Second call was made the next day. Also waited 30 minutes for shuttle after a second prompt for a ride.

What a joke. You can call this place all day over and over and they will never answer. They have the phone setup you never get a front desk person or a human. You can call service never answer, call parts never answer. Leave messages no return call. Pathetic, I call BMW of Bellevue they pick right up put me on hold for a few minutes then help me right out. Spokane BMW, hire some staff and stop being so cheap.

The used 2010 F150 Super Crew I purchased on January 25, 2014 developed a loud whine in the rear axle roughly 59 days later. After contemplating the $1200 to $1500 rebuild cost, I looked through my purchase papers and found a 60 day / 3000 mile "warranty" form. I called the Lithia warranty center 800 number and spoke to a gentleman that confirmed my "warranty" and told me to take the truck to CAMP BMW immediately and start a claim. The dealer had posted a Craigslist ad for 2007 Lexus. When we called about this 2007 Lexus, we found the ad for this vehicle had been sold, but we could come down to look at a 2010 model. We understood this to be the old bait and switch type of tactic and the 2010 model had a listed price a little beyond our planned budget, but my wife wanted to go for a test drive, anyway. The cup holder in my car was broken and was reported to the dealership during the 16,000 miles maintenance in June, 2013. They told me that they will let me know whether the part is in stock. I have waited for a month and received no calls. Therefore, I called back to check and they said " please feel free to come anytime, the part is in stock. It should take 15 minutes or so." My fiance and I were selling my newer Honda Civic, the miles were extremely low and over all it was in good condition. We received several calls from Camp BMW showing interest in the Civic. We talked to a sales rep on the phone would told us we would get what we were asking for the car. We went into Camp BMW and were basically thrown into the shark tank.
