This company sold me a 750i with a leaking intercooler line that was a $3000 repair that the extended warranty they mislead me to buy didn't cover it all. Next they failed to safety it correct as they have sold me a vehicle with unsafe tires for the vehile. I have no spare or jack and for $60,000 you would thing would all be there. I have called many times with no luck. This is a horrible company down to sales department.

"Worst car buying experience I have had in 2 countries...." Worst car buying experience I have had in 2 countries. No service, no information on warranty purchased (still don't even have name of company after contacting dealership multiple times), wrong title work, waited almost 3 hours to write a check for full amount even though information requested was sent hours before I arrived. "Worst experience with a sales staff I've ever had" I'm currently in the Seattle area but one of BMW of Spokane's cars interested me. I contacted Robert Fayant about the car, he sent me some information and it was exactly what I was looking for. I ask him for the best price he could do on the car and he told me that he could only take a few hundred off because the car was priced below the trade in value. "Horrible" Spokane BMW dealership has the worst customer service I have ever had! From the time we signed all the papers on our lease until we turned it in, it was an awful experience! The only time they were friendly was getting us to sign the lease papers! My son had leased a BMW in Columbus, OH and they were totally about customer service. "Great car, horrible service department" I purchased my car, new, two years ago from Spokane BMW. It is the best car I have had. Taking the car into the BMW Spokane service department is like playing Russian roulette, though. Every time I have been to their service department (six times so far) , they have made errors. Some errors were minor. Some errors more major. They took responsibility for their error one of those times. "From a 10 to a 0 over night!" I cannot believe how disappointed I am in this dealership. They will not even return a phone call! It's worse now than before! I took it to them THREE separate times and the first two they were amazing, the third is like they are a completely different company. Not only did my car come back to me worse than it was before I dropped it off it smells. They have no problem calling you back when it's time to take your money. I am just so let down.

"rip Off" I recently brought my daughters car in for service, I was already diagnosed the vehicle and had the codes, I was quoted $700 by a local dealer who recommended I take it to the Blw dealer in Spokane, here I was initially quoted $1400, after some haggling I was told I would get 10% off, I played this , told the service writer Steve to call me to get paid, he gave my daughter a loaner, when the car was fine, he tried to bypass me and sent the car to my daughter with a $1900 bill, I am out of state so I called Steve. "Trying to get a recall done has taken multiple trips" The service department tries hard, and they always wash the car, but I really wish they would just fix the recall. So far I am on my third trip to try and get a recall fix for an airbag seat sensor. I scheduled the first recall attempt, and after the visit it was stated that they did not have the needed part, and they would order it and reschedule. "Friendly, knowledgeble staff" I went in for a warranty issue. They stayed in communication the whole day. Text me contact numbers in case I had a question and even washed my car before I picked it up.
