The service is very good. While I was waiting for a ride I saw another vehicle and I bought the vehicle. The car salesman is great this was the third vehicle I got through him. His name is Tim Chestnut.
the service area is clean, well organized, and comfortable like other BMW dealerships. a particular repair was done quickly and done right, and that repair had previously proved to be difficult for others to do.
Service Advisor Chong was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Without him there I would have gone back to Ft Myers BMW.
Lucy was our service advisor and Efrain the tech, both were extremely pleasant, informative through the whole process. Service was done as promised and Lucy kept us updated. Lucy went above and beyond to assist our needs and Efrin was professional and his assement of the car phenomenal. Very pricey but service was wonderful. Definitely will return .
