"The service area was very good. The hertz rep was rude..." The service area was very good. The hertz rep was rude and uncommunicative. In my mind he represents BMW as he was the only person I saw for the loaner I was assured I would have.

"vehicle in for a recall. " Maria described the repair and told me I could get a rental car as the repair would take most of the day. She also pointed out that since the car was in for the day I could get the tires rotated and aligned and the oil changed. It was all taken care of by 3 pm--got the car back that day--repaired, maintained, washed and ready to go.
