"New BMW X3" Our lease was coming to an end (in 3 months), so we visited the dealership. They made it very easy to review our options, look at the new offerings and test drive several models. Perfect. We got what we wanted (with the new safety features), with a great lease. All in one day! Needless to say, we are happy campers.

"Pleased with service" I had an unexpected low tire just as I was leaving Florida for home, and they worked me in on a busy Saturday. Ms Griffith was very nice and helpful.

"Mixed feelings" Tiffany was outstanding with her attitude, politeness, and promptness returning phone calls and giving updates. However BMW paid 70% of a rebuilt engine, The 750 2011 only had 70000 miles $5000 was still excessive but I was in between a rock and a hard place. Again Tiffany was special and she made a difficult situation less painful.

"Above and Beyond at the 11th Hour" I phoned in asking for guidance for a very serious sounding warning and lots of red and orange lights on the display. Scott asked me to bring it in ASAP and on Friday afternoon at 5:30, he showed no signs of the usual wear and tear an advisor in the service department would usually have. "First time there" Well it was my first time there for service. Just recently purchased a pre owned 550i that wasn't purchased there, I know that some dealerships take that personal and don't like working on cars that were not purchased there but the service advisor that helped me was very professional and pleasant. His name is Derek and he was very helpful. He gave me a loaner car and I was on my way. He called me later and informed me of what the problems were and had the car fixed the same day. I will definitely be back.

"Service was great, on time and professional." The service was good. My service advisor, Lewis Mention, was helpful and did a great job of getting me the service and explaining all the updates that were to be completed.
