"Always exciting to buy a new BMW!!" When I visited the dealership on Sunday, I was helped by Brenton a new salesman to your team. Robert Real stepped in when necessary to solidify the deal. He took me out for a drive and basically knew everything about my X4 M. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Fun to work with. I had no hard feelings toward Brenton, he just needs more training and I wished him well.

"BMW was able to get my replacement tire in the day after..." BMW was able to get my replacement tire in the day after I called to schedule service. I had a loaner overnight so the tire could be replaced along with other service that happened to be needed outside of my regular service schedule due to the lateness of my appointment because of my work schedule.
"My visit to BMW on Thursday January 23rd." The moment you check in your vehicle for service you are greeted by fantastic people. They are very polite and helpful. Maria Lizardi is simply outstanding. Her smile and positive attitude gets you to forget your troubles and you have a much better day. I had a small problem with vibration on my 640MI and your service people did a great job and my car is superb now. You should be very proud of your associates.
