"Quick, easy service: professionally done!" Derek Thomas had my X3 serviced and inspected professionally and made the experience quick and simple. I texted him for an appointment in the time frame I was available and he confirmed it shortly after. He called me when it was ready and I was able to pick up my BMW minutes after I arrived. Great job Derek!

"Thorough and respectful" I've recently arrived in Sarasota from Toronto with a newly purchased 230idemo. I'd some questions about braking and while the standard response was to schedule a diagnostic the service folks amiably looked a tthe car's systems, tested the brakes and delivered the car back to me with no charge for the hour. Who could ask for more. Terrific service.
