"Needed Battery" Quick turnaround total visit less than 1 hour. My Service coordinator Carlos is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to insure my satisfaction. I would recommend this service Department highly.
"Assess damages " While it took over 2 hours for this preliminary service Carlos was attentive and the coffee was good. Now the part has to be ordered.

"This experience was fine. I have a major complaint about thi" I Have a complaint about this dealership’s customer service. Using Hertz for loaner cars - and low level cars, at best - and Uber for rides is unsatisfactory. Loaners are rarely provided. No other BMW dealership I’ve dealt with handles this issue the same miserly manner. Cookies in the waiting lounge does not make up for this lack in an upscale dealership.

"Took me in on a busy day with no appt " They text you updates. They send a video of the tech looking at your car and what they find. Very helpful. Got me an Uber to get me home and back there. Excellent focus timer service!

"Flat tire" I came in with a nail in my tire. The tire was replaced in 2.5 hours while I waited. Service was friendly and quick.

"Greater than GREAT!" I can’t think of enough adjectives to properly explain the sales/service, as well as the quality of the dealership, at BMW of Sarasota. Our salesman, Rich, had all the answers to our questions and if not, he went and got them for us. Great job, great attitude and remarkable vehicles!!

"Excellent Service " Carlos was my Service Representative. He kept me updated by text with everything that was happening with my car. I went in for an oil change and a recall fix. Ultimately, I had a broken light that I wasn’t aware of and needed two front tires. I was offered a free rental car to be arranged through Hertz. The Hertz experience was horrible!!!
