"Oil change" Good morning - all the associates were exceptional and helpful. The dealership is beautiful. I brought my 2015 X5 diesel for an oil change. I arrived at 9:30 am and left at 12:45pm - over 3 hours for an oil change. It was my first visit so I received 50% off which was appreciated but i lost a 1/2 day vacation. Perhaps the people that make appointments (which i did for 9:30) should take priority over drive up customers . Overall my experience was pleasant and Tiffany (i believe he name was) was exceptional

"Repaint" Trunk on used purchase has a few scuffs. Told could not be bugged out but they will repaint. Took a few days but the job is perfect Berry please with the work and customer service.

"Service " Excellent customer service, friendly staff who have extensive knowledge about their products and services. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care and happy with my service. I was able to loan a car for a couple of hours while my services were performed at no charge. An awesome experience as usual.

"Excellent Service" The service appointment was scheduled conveniently and quickly. The service was completed prior to the estimated timeframe and John and Tina worked to provide a BMW loaner during the process. Shoutout to the Service Manager, Greg Jones, for another great service visit. Along with his team he personally makes every service visit enjoyable.
