"Outstanding service" The service advisor Tiffany was able to get me an appointment last minute plus get me a loaner vehicle on less than 30 minutes notice being I was leaving for vacation the following day and needed my vehicle for the trip. The service department was able to replace the broken sensor, which broke the night before, in about two hours therefore making it possible to use my vehicle instead of having to rent a vehicle for a week. "Nit Picking" Car brought in to reinitialize the sun roof controller. This is done by briefly disconnecting the battery, but doing this requires resetting the preference setting in iDrive to re-enable Apple CarPlay. This was not done, so I had to do it myself. Not a serious problem, but I would have given 5 stars if the service department had caught this.

"Routine service " The team is very consistent at being friendly and welcoming, very consistent. The only potentially negative part of the servicing experience is the wait. Regardless of an appointment or the complexity of the work needed, it’s always been a 2 hr wait. So, expect super friendly staff, a well stocked waiting area, and a significant wait.

"A Lesson in Customer Service A+++" The moment I walked in the door, I had the best car buying experience of my life. Eric Reeves was professional, informative and patient. Although not ready, I was treated with respect, test drives and just the right amount of follow up. He worked diligently to put me in the right car. Jonathan Parker handled all our finance needs and purchase documents efficiently and kept us fully informed. Love my new BMW X5. The entire experience was outstanding.
