"New battery " Was there for a while but didn’t have an appointment service was good employees friendly and very knowledgeable battery was pricey but we are talking about BMW

"Superb" From the moment I am greeted by Carlos it is such a warm from the heart feeling. He is by far the best service person I have ever met in my life. He works with you, is not pushy, not in a hurry, is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. It would be nice if everyone were like him! A plus all around service with a smile from Carlos.

"Maintenance" Maria always makes my visit happy. I was very comfortable in the waiting area having tea and a snack while working. Once the women was complete Maria came out to explain what they did and chatted with me before walking me to my just washed car.

"Tiffany was superb. You have a great employee. " Thought battery was dead. Car would not start after arriving at dealer You guys checked everything and decided it was a computer issue. Reset the computer and it’s perfect. Best of all was my bill of 39.00 for an oil change. Now that is great service. Chuck Gated
