"Great customer service " BMW of Sarasota has always taken good care of me as a customer. You can expect the best service and knowledgeable employees. It isn't always cheap, but the prices are in line with other high end dealerships. More importantly, the service or repairs are done correctly, the first time. Ask for Maria Lizzardi, she's the best.

"Kudos to the service staff!" Derek was helpful and personable to me. He was very helpful and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I also want to thank Jon Pekar for helping me as well. My only disappointment is that I CANNOT USE MY ALLSTATE DRIVEWISE DEVICE on my new 530i. Last year I saved over $400 by using the Drivewise Device and it worked fine on my BMW 428i. "Service " Tiffany is an amazing advisor, she went above and beyond to accommodate me while my car was being serviced. I can tell that she is very dedicated to her job and has a great personality. I would highly recommend her to anybody.
"very good people" although the sale man had no idea what he was selling, he even did not know that the car we wanted existed, the sales manager Jerry Gonzalez made us very happy again. He was very knowledgeable, was responsive and did a good job to give us the best deal. They just should train the sales personal a little bit better. They should at least know, what BMW has to offer.
