"New Car Purchase" I went to BMW of Sarasota late on Saturday, August 3rd already knowing I wanted the BMW X3. Because of the time, I wasn't planning on purchasing that night but came prepared just in case...Abby was our client advisor. She spent time going over the different options and colors that were available. "Service on our 20 year old Z3" We will be moving to Sarasota and wanted to have our 2000 Z3 serviced and brought up to standards but were worried about who we could trust to help us. We called BMW of Sarasota and were connected to Derek as our service advisor. He walked us through what we should have checked and made us aware of the promotions that were available also. We are thankful for the great customer service and how well we were treated by Derek

"Positive experience" Service was great, our experience with Daryl was out standing. He went above and beyond to help with helping us. Only negative was the car loaner from Hertz. This is the only time I had to pay gasoline charges with a loaner car while mine was being serviced.

"Another good experience " Had my car in for 1 year service. Derek is my service consultant. I email him and he makes me an appt. He gets my car serviced quickly and calls when it’s ready. The valets are great and make it easy in and out. I like the dealership for service.
