"They do it right" In and out quickly to my appointment time and was always kept up to date on what was going on. Maria is great, I won't go anywhere else.

"Great Experience!" I have been going to BMW Sarasota for service but had not dealt with the Sales Dept. I was nervous about dealing with negotiating a new car but I was pleasantly surprised. My salesperson (Raj) was great. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

"Excellent " Unplanned maintenance trip for a tire. Service was performed in a timely manner in addition all other services were also completed. Warranty work was also performed.

"Extended warranty " Due to no fault of BMW, the part needed for my daughters Mazda Miata was on International back order and took 4 months to get, When the part came in Greg Jones called me directly to let me know it was in, scheduled the work to be done, and called when it was complete. Couldn’t have gone any better!

"Great service and communication " Fernando was great, he kept me informed the entire time ! I like how my time in and out of the dealership was quick. Providing a rental was a must for a few day repair so glad that was provided as my repair was due to a recall.
