"Good service poor phone availability" I took my car in for an AC issue it was quickly diagnosed and although I had to wait a while the problem was properly fixed and I was on my way in a few hours. However trying to call in the morning to make an appointment is a futile activity. The phone rings and rings early in the morning (between 7:30 and 9 AM and no one picks up.
