"Vehicle Check and Oil Service" Derek Thomas was my service advisor, he was thorough and courteous, he went through the paperwork and answered all of my questions. Every one from check-in to check out were courteous. The wait area and amenities were clean and pleasant.

"Service members extremely helpful went out of their way and " I had accident in deep water and waited hour and half for tow truck Ms lizardi waited for the tow to be delivered after hours. The repairs were done rapidly- new motor Loaner was all ready for me Service was great and the state farm people were as fantastic as BMW

"Wow! You have SO improved your service!" Everyone that greeted me was kind and courteous and not condescending. I’m more mechanical than my appearance. Derek was particularly attentive to my needs. Actually, he was “Over-The-Top”. Ms Blau (her maiden name) and I had a really nice time together.. The waiting area has improved greatly, along with the snacks.
